Sutcliffe Jugend + Krube. + Human Larvae at NK Project Berlin / Saturday, 06.06.2015
Sutcliffe Jügend is a power electronics band, which began in early 1982 as a sub-project of Kevin Tomkins’ main band, Whitehouse, and instantly gained notoriety as one of the harshest groups of the original power electronics scene.
The first live appearance by Sutcliffe Jügend was at the Red Rose, London, on 27 August 2005. The band released a boxed set of ten cassettes titled We Spit on Their Graves in 1982 on Come Organisation, which was then bootlegged into a ten-vinyl LP boxed set later on, both of which now change hands for large sums.
Krube. is a sound artist based in Berlin. Krube. grabs your attention with musique concrète that combines sounds from field recordings, everyday objects, and non-definable machinery.
Giving way to the wall into which everything inevitably crashes. If he’s to perform at your local venue, leave mama at home and witness.
Active since 2005, Human Larvae has made his mark in mixing multiple industrial subgenres to his own twisted, doom-laden mix of gloomy power-electronics.
An obsessive journey through collpasing human relations and spiritual downfalls culminating in an abrasive soundtrack towards a destination unknown
