Torstraßen returns with another awesome lineup including Lucrecia Dalt, Sequoyah Tiger, Andrea Belfi, Sean Nicolas Savage, Alex Cameron, Itaca and many many more.
Torstraßen Festival is a music festival, and it is also a festival about community, the various scenes the city breeds as well as the neighborhood where we call home. Starting out as a matinée one day festival, over the years TSF has turned into a three day event that takes a current look into the local and international music scenes and encourages: community, discovery, and diversity.
We see festival goers and ourselves as explorers, who are not afraid to trust their curiosity. We choose music that feels in this moment relevant to not only what happens here, but in the world at large. Here at home we strive to be a forum for current development within Berlin’s music scenes, promoting and supporting: for locals, transients and their influencers.
We promote a mix of old and new structures in our neighborhood Mitte and rally the neighbors to participate and add their own spark to the festival. We showcase and support venues that have been bringing music culture into the city, many of them for years. And we cultivate a few unlikely venues which allow the music to shine in a new light.
We keep ticket prices as affordable as possible so that as many fans, neighbors and music lovers find it easy to make new discoveries as we stand for music as an integral part of urban life.
