FACTS:

1: Tiger balm is great medicine.

2: The most important thing is the thing most easily forgotten.

3: Make mistakes. Every day.

QUESTIONS:

1. What is the biggest inspiration for your music?
Chaos. Failure. Impulses. Elements. Colors. Rituals. Sex. Ghosts. Food. Flavours. Motions & Emotions. Liquids. Reactions. Pollution. Destruction. Light. Time. Space. Silence. todo. nada. frutas. (∩`-´)⊃━✿✿✿✿✿✿

2. How and when did you get into making music?
Music was always there, when I was a kid more like a game… I was all the time singing and imitating other artists and musical instruments with my voice, like if I was some kind of living radio or human midi device… Finishing high school I started playing in the band Ricarda Cometa, first the trumpet and then the drums, it’s been almost 10 years since those days.

3. What are 5 of your favourite albums of all time?
Portishead – Dummy
Arca – Stretch 2
The Internet – Ego Death
Miles Davis – Nefertiti
Mr. Mitch – Parallel Memories

4. What do you associate with Berlin?
Club Mate, falafel, indie magazines, sad bureaucracy, never ending party.

5. What’s your favourite place in your town?
Lately I am changing very often the place of residence… So I don’t really have a town that is my town… In Buenos Aires, where I grew up I really like to be at home. The garden of my parent’s house is a place that I enjoy a lot. My two turtles live there, I like to observe them.

6. If there was no music in the world, what would you do instead?
With or without music in the world, at some point I really want to go back to work with clay, making little bizarre sculptures and pots. And it’s always been present the Forest Ranger utopia…

7. What was the last record/music you bought?
Tomáš Šenkyík – Slavík

8. Who would you most like to collaborate with?
Maybe with a Taiko ensemble, like Kodō… or… with Yoshimi P-We.

9. What was your best gig (as performer or spectator)?
Superposition by Ryoji Ikeda in the Contemporary Music Festival in Buenos Aires was a memorable and inspiring performance. Also I really enjoyed the gig of the band Golden Oriole, last year in Noise Party, very nice festival in Czech Republic.
As a performer I don’t know which gig is the best, I have performed in so many different conditions and contexts… judging the experience is not only about the gig itself or how amazing the soundsystem is, it’s about the people around you, how they take care, if there’s some kind of comunitary goal behind the event or not…

10. How important is technology to your creative process?
I like electricity (but very often it’s so much more fun making music without it…!).

11. Do you have siblings and how do they feel about your career/art?
No siblings. No art. (∩╹□╹∩)
