Sounds & Clouds at Radialsystem V / Saturday, 10.10 + Sunday, 11.10.2015

Like a garden over time: under the direction of flautist Jeremias Schwarzer, the renowned ensemble Holland Baroque combines four Vivaldi flute concerts with the 2011 created composition “Singing Garden in Venice” by Toshio Hosokawa.
Along with a sound installation and electronic music, an imagined garden is created from darkness to dawn and back into the night…

“One of my focuses has been to respect the world already created to give a coherent contribution. The work with videos and audio is linked in a conceptual way, where the still-iconic reality of the # classical visions is touched by a sort of uncanny resonance, a subtile disturb coming from the raw reality as sort of critic conscience in the enchanting world created in the set.” (Letizia Renzini)

A production by RADIALSYSTEM V in cooperation with Holland Baroque, the Festival van Vlaanderen Kortrijk, the Internationale Orgelwoche Nürnberg, the Muziekgebouw aan’t IJ Amsterdam and Montforter Zwischentöne Feldkirch. Supported by Kulturstiftung des Bundes.

This event is presented by Digital in Berlin. Check out our Facebook page to win tickets.
