R. Stevie Moore was born in 1952 in Nashville to famed Elvis bass player Bob Moore. Since 1966 RSM has recorded nearly 2000 songs, he’s the “Godfather of Home Recording”, producing and self-distributing over 400 albums covering an alarmingly idiosyncratic variety of music.

RSM has worked on numerous collaborations with a variety of musicians and artists including long-term friend Ariel Pink, David Shrigley, John Maus, Jad Fair and Mike Watt, and his influence on the wider world of DIY music is difficult to over-estimate.
After remaining a virtually unknown cult progressive popster for the best part of 40 years RSM is set to redress the balance with his current World tour.
