Grand Jeté is a series of electronic music events at OHM club, located in the industrial complex of Kraftwerk Berlin (in the immediate vicinity of TRESOR club).
On four Thursdays from September to December 2014, Grand Jeté presents an electronic live act sharing the stage with several DJs. The participating artists come from different musical backgrounds, however all Grand Jeté events will have one thing in common: the exploration of rhythm and sound.
A thrilling listening and dance event guaranteed.
The opening event features Grischa Lichtenberger (Raster-Noton) LIVE and Cristian Vogel (Shitkatapult) with a DJ set, warmed up by a DJ set of host Hanno Leichtmann himself aka the VSQ.

Grischa Lichtenberger (b. 1983) is an electronic music producer, installation and visual artist living in Berlin. The agressive tone in his sounddesign, resembling a force of material heaviness, has its counterpart in an emotional depth of the musical structure ‐ a hermetic idiosyncracy of rhythm and melodies that inplement a personal handwriting into the arrangement and sculpture of the soundelements.
The music aims towards a paradoxic parallelity of introspective moods on the dancefloor and unsettling contemplations in an intimate listening situation. Tumbling between funky, highly energetic beats and trembling, concerning melodies, an almost tactile honesty reaches out to the individual listener.
Cristian Vogel is a composer, music producer and sound artist. Born in Chile 1972 and raised in the UK, he is now based in Berlin. His work is known worldwide through state-of-the-art DJ and Live performances to compositions for choreography and many studio productions.
Through the 90s he innovated Techno Music with releases on tresor and mille plateaux, then he collaborated with Jamie Lidell to form the legendary duo SUPERCOLLIDER. After releasing more abstract works on subrosa rec he now comes back to clubmusic with a new record on Shitkatapult.
At Grand jete 0.1 he will be spinning vinyls from his own production archive, hard-to-find records from the early nineties through to his newest material.
The VSQ (i´m so blasé) is the dj moniker of Hanno Leichtmanns house alter ego The Vulva String Quartett. his sets are open minded, beyond musical styles but always somewhere between house, techno, acid and electro.
