Falko Teichmann

Born on the east side in 1973, Falko Teichmann has been promoting the future with GOLDMUND Concerts & Festivals in his home town Berlin for a decade and has performed in various band s such as the notorious Crack-up Collective or The Sighs. But he can also be found behind the decks since the mid-90s, from downbeat beginnings in the darker corners of the lounge scene to the multi faceted musical fairground Berlin has become. A climate which caused his sets to open up to the dancefloor, forging long lasting alliances with places like the Circus/Bar 25 and Salon Zur Wilden Renate, exploring slo-motion disco and cosmic space funk. Recent DJ excursions added ethnodelic instrumental hip-hop, weird coast electronica, outernational vibes and some soulful bass music to the equation, creating pleasure zones off the four-to-the-floor grid.
