Samurai Horo x Auxiliary w/ ASC, Sam KDC, Ena & Dj Presha at OHM Berlin / Saturday, 19.12.2015

To celebrate ASC visiting Europe in 2015, Samurai Horo and Auxiliary come together for one night at OHM. Joining ASC is label mate Sam KDC, Samurai Horo staple ENA dropping in from from Japan, and Horo label head Presha. Their last release is The Ancestral Voices debut LP, an insight into a subconscious journey; fully formed as one accomplished ‘Night Of Visions’.

Growing up in different areas of England, on a steady diet of Motown, Techno & the blossoming UK Hardcore scene, ASC productions manage to encompass such a wide range of these influences. Starting out DJ’ing with a bunch of like- minded friends on pirate radio stations while still in school, ASC soon found himself getting interested in how the tracks he was playing were made. This led to an investment in a modest studio setup, which proved to be a defining point in James’ life.

Sam KDC has been an integral part of ASC’s, Auxiliary label over the past four years, with a series of EP’s, remixes and collaborations. In 2012 Sam partnered with ASC on the haunting Decayed Society, a release which marked a defining period for ASC as he ventured further into the dark ambient realm alongside notorious albums on Silent Season. It also solidified Sam as a strong-arm on the label when it came to ambient music – a style he had only dabbled with on previous releases alongside his many electronica, techno and drum’n bass productions.

ENA is a Music producer based in Tokyo, Japan. He produces music with influence of early drum & bass and abstract hip hop, quoting names like Photek, Krush, Source direct or Renegade Hardware. and he has released from few of Label that in UK,France,Spain,US,Germany and Russia. also collabolation with Naibu,Loxy. Ena loves searching new sounds and fiddle with grooves.

Originally from Tuakau in the Waikato but now living in Germany, Geoff Wright, aka DJ Presha, is an internationally respected drum and bass DJ, event promoter, record label owner and artist mentor. From his base of operations in Berlin, Wright runs the Samurai Music Group, which includes his sub-labels Red Seal and Horo, and regular club nights around Europe and the UK.
