The third edition of the concert series Partners in Crime continues to focus on Berlin-based female musicians. The trio Contagious is a solid blending of avant-garde experimentation and electronic music.
Formed by two innovative voices from the Improvisation scene of Berlin (Andrea Neumann and Sabine Ercklentz) and Mieko Suzuki, a well-crafted and creative DJ and musician who’s operating in Berlin venues and festivals since a long time.
For the concert series, they invite three distinct musical voices with diverse backgrounds whose music reflects on different musical scenes: Jazz, traditional Brazilian music, Noise, DYI, electronic Funk. Together they explore the transformative power of improvisation and collective action.
