Bassy Club

In a city with many types of music venues it is rare to find a place that carefully curates their shows to a strict music type policy. The Bassy Club on Schönhauser Alle does just that by strictly abiding by their “nothing before 1969” program. DJ shows at Bassy are only allowed to use vinyl and live shows can only be performed as long as the music genres fit. A fair way to know what you’re going to get

Do not be surprised to see men in hats and lovely ladies in corsets while listening to Hot Jazz, Dirty Blues, Western Swing, Country, 50’s black R&B, Rock’n’Roll, to 60’s Beat, early Soul, Sixties Garage Punk, Blues, Trash, Surf, Exotica and more…
