Ochre is the stage name of English electronic musician Christopher Scott Leary. His compositions are characterized by complex, lyrical melodies, and a clean production style. Leary also holds a Master’s degree in music. Purchase Ochre @ Bleep.

The name “Ochre” was originally adopted as the title for Leary’s academic work while studying audio production at Newcastle College. It refers to the colour ochre, and is also a variation of “Oaker”, the name of a street in Manchester where Leary spent his early childhood.
