In Berlin Documentary

In Berlin is a new documentary filmed during the summer of the European Championships in 2008. It includes interviews with Einstürzende Neubauten bassist Alexander Hacke and partner Danielle de Picciotto, the town mayor Klaus Wowereit as well as Tresor club owner Dimitri Hegemann and DJ Jeff Mills. These personal interviews combine with stunning images of Berlin to form a portrait of the city. With scenes in German, Turkish and English, the movie sums up some of the allure of Europe’s most breathtaking metropolis.
